This winter we are fundraising for Defence for Children International - Palestine.
Defence for Children International - Palestine (DCIP) is an independent, local Palestinian child rights organization dedicated to defending and promoting the rights of children living in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, and the Gaza Strip.
· Each year the Israeli military detains and prosecutes around 700 Palestinian children.
· Three out of four experience physical violence during arrest or interrogation.
· Nearly half of Palestinian child detainees are held without charge
DCIP provides legal aid to Palestinian children in both the Israeli military court system and Palestinian Authority courts, documents and exposes human rights abuses against children throughout the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, and the Gaza Strip; and holds Israeli and Palestinian authorities accountable to universal human rights principles by advocating at international and national levels.
All donations to ORFA in November and December 2025 will go to DCIP.
